To place an order while shopping, simply click on the
button next to each item.
The
shipping and handling fee will only
be added at the end of your shopping experience. At any time you may
view your shopping carts contents by looking at the top navigator bar.
When you are ready to proceed to
check out,
click on the Checkout button at the top
right of the navigator bar, and proceed to checkout. You will then be
directed to login if you are a return customer or to click if you are
a new customer. This will have you set up an account with us that will
store your name, email, and shipping address, so the next time you
shop with us, all you will have to do is log in your account. This
will also give us the information needed to process your order fast
and securely.
Your payment information will not be
stored with your account, so it must be reentered on your next order.

Payments Information:
Shopping online should not only be
safe and simple. That is why we have signed up with PayPal. No need to
worry about the security of your transactions. If you do not have a
PayPal account just click on the PayPal Icon to sign up. It is simple
and best of all it is free!
If you do not
feel comfortable paying with a credit card online or transferring
funds within PayPal, No need to worry. Lil' Ink excepts checks or
money orders.
Your check must be recieved and
cleared before the product is shipped.

There
is a 5 business day hold on checks and a $30 service charge on all
returned checks.
Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped via the
United States Postal Service.
Please note that our preferred shipping method is U.S.P.S. Priority mail. The shipping amount will show next to the choice during
checkout. Orders are shipped in 7-10 working days. During Holiday
seasons the mail may take longer.
Custom orders will take longer and we
will discuss time upon order placement. Your shipping and handling fee
will show up on your time of checkout. If you are paying by check or
money order please add the shipping fee in with your purchase for the
total amount on your check. International orders please use Pay Pal or
United States Money Order.
Sales Tax:
All New York State Residence will be charged the
9% sales tax. This will be added at the time of your order.
If you are a retailer and would like to pick your
order up at the Lil' Ink Studio please email prior to order and we can arrange the shipping fee to be
returned at the time of pickup.
